shipping & returns

delivery information
dear september has flat rate shipping of $10.00 for all orders. Orders over $250 receive free shipping.Deliveries are sent using Australia post.

Delivery times for all products is between 2-3 working days, however if you require your order for a specific date, please notify us and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped out on the same day because occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or on back ordered. dear september will notify you in either instance and will provide an approximate date of shipment

dear september will only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations you will need to place a separate order for each address.

returns policy
dear september offers a 14-day return policy on products that have been damaged in transit or are in correctly shipped itesm. Detail about damaged or incorrectly shipped product polices and procedures are listed below.

Dear september appreciates every effort made to ensure that any returned items are sent back in their original packaing to ensure they are protected during return transit.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will promptly take care of you. You can contact us via the ‘contact us’ page.

Most of our products are handmade therefore colours and patterns etc may vary from piece to piece, however we feel this adds to their uniqueness. Also product colours may vary slightly from those in the images provided due to photographic lighting.

exchanges
Should you wish to exchange any of your purchases, please simply return the new, unused product within 14 days of delievery. Please contact dear september prior to sending your itme back so that you can be provied with a return authorisation number.
Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange will need to be covered by yourself.

items damaged in transit

In the event that yourecieve a product that appears to have been damaged during transit from dear septmber to you, please notify us immediately. Our contact details are listed on the  ‘contact us’ page.

To reduce processing tiem and potential difficulties in proving the cause of the damge, we recommed that any items damaged in transit should be returned to dear september within 14 days of delivery.

For returned products that dear september resolve to have been damaged in transit, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned product including the postage costs involved with the initial delievery to you.

Please note that actions such as deliberate damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product beign aceepted for return.

fautly goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please not that products that are damgaged as a resutlt of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

incorrectly shipped produts
In the rare incident that you receive a prodcut that is different to the product you ordered, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the item/s.

We will arrange for your correct items to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
